Delivery

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (1-2 working days) if the value is £28 or less, or via Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 working day, delivery before 1pm) if the value is greater, this is to ensure your package receives the correct level of insurance. If you havent received your package in this timeframe please contact us at info@dessertfans.com and we will be glad to assist you.

How much do i have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is absolutely free! Regardless of the size or value of your order, you won't be charged a penny for shipping!

Returns

What is your return policy?
You may return any unopened/unused item in its original condition within 5 days. However, you must send us an email to returns@dessertfans.com requesting for an RA (Return Authorization) number prior to returning it.

- Any merchandise not returned in its original condition will be subject to 25% restocking fee or denial in processing your return.

- We will not be responsible for any shipping cost you incurred to return the product, unless the product you received was in error in which case shipping costs will be dealt with by us.

- In order to process your return quickly, please provide the information below with your return. If the information is not included with your return, it will not be processed.

d) Your reason for returning the merchandise.

- Please make sure to return the package with a courier who offers a tracking number. We will not be responsible for any returns not received and failure to provide us with a tracking number. The return address will be issued with your RA number.
